St. Paul Sues Other Insurers Over Construction Suit Coverage

Law360, Chicago (November 19, 2012, 7:16 PM EST) -- St. Paul Mercury Insurance Co. sued a slew of insurers in California federal court Friday alleging that they have failed to shoulder their share of defense and indemnity coverage in a suit accusing Parkland Homes Inc. of shoddy construction work.
