Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 3:11 PM EST) -- United Airlines Inc. on Wednesday ducked a tort recovery lawsuit filed by the owner of 7 World Trade Center over the 9/11 attacks, after a New York federal judge found it had no responsibility for the connecting flight that crashed into 1 WTC, which fell and damaged 7 WTC.
