FCA Suit Over Defense Contractor's Afghan Work Grows

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 4:56 PM EST) -- Two whistleblowers have filed an amended complaint in a False Claims Act suit, saying that misconduct by defense contractor Jorge Scientific Corp., which was hired by the U.S. military to train Afghan forces, was more pervasive than previously alleged, including buying weapons on the black market.
