Fla. Judge Shoots Down Northrop Engineer's FCA Suit

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 2:07 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a former Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. engineer’s allegations that the company had hid problems with a laser-guided smart weapons system from the government, saying its actions hadn’t violated its U.S. Navy contract.
