Consumers Challenge PVC Deck Cos. Over Durability Claims

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 4:34 PM EST) -- The makers of AZEK cellular PVC decks were hit with a consumer class action Wednesday in New York contending they falsely advertise the durability of their low maintenance alternative decking, which allegedly cracks, rots and discolors after minimal use.
