Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 9:52 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Monday rejected Reema Consulting Services Inc.'s request for a new bidding process following its failure to secure an environmental sciences support contract with the U.S. Army, saying the agency already planned to resolicit the contract on its own.
