Texas AG Blasts Subpoena In $421M FCA Suit

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 2:49 PM EST) -- Texas’ attorney general on Monday asked a Massachusetts federal judge to block a subpoena from whistleblowers in a $421 million False Claims Act lawsuit against Omnicare Inc., Organon USA Inc. and other companies, saying state Medicaid law bars release of the requested documents.
