Fox News Wins Some AIG Bailout Docs From Feds In FOIA Suit

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 6:00 PM EST) -- Fox News Network LLC has been partially granted its bid for access to documents related to the federal bailout of American International Group Inc., after a New York magistrate judge ruled Monday that the government had improperly claimed privilege over some of the documents.
