YouTube Appeals Dismissal Of Copyright Case

Law360 (November 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Video sharing site Youtube Inc. has appealed the decision of a district court to let Robert Tur, a journalist who sued the company for posting a video he shot, drop his case and join a larger class action.
