JPMorgan Can't Shake Calif. Predatory Lending Class Action

Law360, New York (November 29, 2012, 3:27 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday denied a bid by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA to dismiss a class action against the bank by homeowners who accuse it of predatory lending practices, citing a recent release by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
