Law360, Los Angeles (November 28, 2012, 11:02 PM EST) -- A Los Angeles judge on Wednesday put the brakes on a National Football League lawsuit seeking insurance coverage for brain-injury claims by more than 3,000 former players, saying the league had not shown why the fight should not proceed in New York, where an insurer first filed suit.
