Doc-Sealing Dispute Delays MBIA Securities Suit Against BofA

Law360, New York (November 29, 2012, 6:24 PM EST) -- Late-in-the-game issues over sealing documents forced a New York state judge Thursday to delay summary judgment arguments in monoline insurer MBIA Inc.'s multibillion-dollar case over allegedly shoddy mortgage-backed securities from Bank of America Corp.'s Countrywide Financial Corp. subsidiaries.
