Centex Investor Drops Dispute Over Merger Suit Settlement

Law360, Dallas (November 30, 2012, 9:32 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday granted a shareholder’s request to drop his appeal of a settlement reached in a class action seeking to block the $3 billion merger of Centex Corp. and Pulte Homes Inc., reinstating the trial court’s approval of the settlement.
