BofA Shareholders' Attys Want $177M From $2.4B Settlement

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 5:26 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs' attorneys in federal multidistrict litigation over Bank of America Corp. stock losses in the wake of the bank's controversial 2008 acquisition of Merrill Lynch & Co. have asked for fees of $177 million from a previously announced $2.43 billion settlement, according to documents filed in New York federal court Friday.
