Amgen Faces Suit, Subpoenas Over Alleged Tying

Law360 (November 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A health fund has filed a proposed class action lawsuit against biotech company Amgen Inc., alleging it is illegally tying and pricing the sales of three of its oncology products.

The lawsuit, filed Nov. 2 in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, was announced on Friday by Amgen in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
