HannStar, Chunghwa Lose Bid To Shake Price-Fixing Claims

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 4:24 PM EST) -- A California federal judge refused Tuesday to absolve Chunghwa Picture Tubes and HannStar Display Corp. of allegations they fixed prices on liquid crystal display panels used in mobile phones, preserving the claims in a multidistrict litigation over widespread price-fixing in the LCD industry.
