Technician Sues Dish Over Employee Background Checks

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 1:51 PM EST) -- A former Dish Network LLC contractor technician lodged a putative class action in New York federal court Tuesday against the satellite provider and its consumer reporting agency, accusing the companies of Fair Credit Reporting Act violations for failing to disclose its background checks and improperly providing outdated information.
