Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 5:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Monday said eMusic founder Bob Kohn has failed to refute the government's showing that the music executive lacks standing to appeal in the Second Circuit its price-fixing settlements with three e-book publishers.
