Contractors Pay $6M To Quell False Claims Investigation

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 7:45 PM EST) -- Kentucky-based Lusk Mechanical Contractors Inc., Commonwealth Technologies and their owners have agreed to cough up $6.25 million to end an investigation over allegations that they lied to the U.S. Small Business Administration and submitted false claims to the U.S. Army, the federal government said Wednesday.
