Hotel Demolition Stopped In Builder's Suit Against MGM

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 8:29 PM EST) -- A Nevada state judge has officially withdrawn an earlier approval to tear down a structurally unsound hotel in MGM Resorts International's $8.5 billion CityCenter project in Las Vegas, after the company said it wanted to gather more evidence, according to a Tuesday report.
