Honeywell Wins $1.9M Award In Night Vision Patent Suit

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 7:35 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Wednesday awarded Honeywell International Inc. $1.9 million in its patent infringement suit over the U.S. government's alleged use of night vision goggle technology, but found the government was not liable under the Invention Secrecy Act.
