PokerStars In Talks to Buy Atlantic City Casino

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 6:41 PM EST) -- Online poker company PokerStars is in talks to buy the troubled Atlantic Club Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, N.J., just four months after forking over $731 million to the government in order to settle fraud allegations, according to Friday news reports.

PokerStars, which also absorbed fellow online gaming site Full Tilt Poker in connection with its July deal with the U.S. Department of Justice, is negotiating with Atlantic Club Casino owner Colony Capital LLC for a price less than $50 million, according to The Wall Street...
