Neighbor's Construction Damaged NYU Dorm, Suit Says

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 4:39 PM EST) -- The owner of a new residential building for New York University students in lower Manhattan was sued for $1 million in state court Monday by the owner of the NYU dorm next door, who claims that construction of the new dorm caused widespread property damage.
