DC Landlord Can't Drop Shakespeare Theatre Co., Judge Says

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 3:46 PM EST) -- A Washington judge on Tuesday granted The Shakespeare Theatre Co.'s motion for preliminary injunction to keep its landlord, nonprofit theater operator Lansburgh Theatre Inc., from evicting the theater company or terminating its status as a supported charity.
