NJ Lawmaker Wants Legislature To Have Final Say On Lottery

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 1:59 PM EST) -- New Jersey Assemblyman Vincent Prieto on Wednesday introduced legislation requiring that any bid to privatize the state lottery be approved by the state Legislature, an effort to bring oversight to Gov. Chris Christie’s plans to privatize the state’s lucrative lottery services.
