HuffPo Bloggers' Compensation Suit Falls In 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 5:24 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday affirmed the dismissal of a proposed class action by unpaid Huffington Post bloggers claiming they were tricked into writing for free before they realized their work helped pitch the site toward a $315 million sale to AOL Inc.
