Dallas Newspaper Says Time's Up For City To Release Emails

Law360, Dallas (December 12, 2012, 5:18 PM EST) -- The Dallas Morning News LP on Monday told a Texas state judge the city of Dallas has no grounds to further delay turning over emails sent by its former mayor related to tax abatements for the Hunt Oil Co. and should face sanctions if it destroyed the records.
