Law360, New York (December 13, 2012, 3:12 PM EST) -- Northrop Grumman Corp. has resolved allegations by the estate of William Faulkner that the defense contractor infringed the author’s copyright by using an excerpt of one of his essays in a newspaper advertisement last year, after a Mississippi federal judge approved dismissal Wednesday.
