Subway Franchisees Face Wage-And-Hour Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (December 17, 2012, 8:26 PM EST) -- A former employee of three Subway franchise stores on Thursday claimed in a putative class action in California state court that store owners failed to pay him and his colleagues proper overtime wages and provide legally mandated meal and rest breaks.
