Dish's Ad-Skipping DVR Must Be Banned, Fox Tells 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (December 14, 2012, 7:06 PM EST) -- Fox Broadcasting Co. asked the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to bar Dish Network Corp.'s ad-skipping digital video recording service, arguing that a lower court's ruling that the service does not cause Fox irreparable harm from copyright infringement was "unfathomable."
