Sony Wants 'Premium Rush' Contract Claim Nixed

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 6:17 PM EST) -- Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. asked a California federal judge Friday to ax allegations that the studio implicitly promised to pay an author who claims to have inspired the film "Premium Rush," saying he has "utterly failed" to prove the accusation.
