Job Placement Nonprofit To Pay $1.7M To Settle FCA Suit

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 4:38 PM EST) -- Structured Employment Economic Development Corp., a nonprofit that ran New York City job placement centers, will pay $1.725 million to settle U.S. prosecutors' allegations that it routinely filed false reports with a federal job reporting database, Seedco said Tuesday.
