Daimler Can’t Quash Suit Over Faulty Mercedes Air Systems

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 12:41 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday refused to fully toss a putative class action accusing Daimler AG of manufacturing faulty air intake systems in its Mercedes-Benz vehicles that cause sudden engine failure, keeping alive fraud and state consumer law claims.
