Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 6:59 PM EST) -- Christmas came early this year for a mergers and acquisitions bar starved for billion-dollar deals, with at least 20 large-cap deals worth $45 billion announced during the week of Dec. 17, involving lawyers at two dozen firms and sending the industry into the holidays with a kick.
