Cadwalader Says Ex-Client That Lost $13M Ignored Its Advice

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 2:02 PM EST) -- Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP filed an opposition in New York state court Monday to a motion by Red Zone LLC for summary judgment in its $13 million malpractice case against the law firm over a proxy battle for Six Flags Inc., claiming Red Zone ignored Cadwalader's legal advice.
