Illegal Foreclosure Suit Against BofA Trimmed

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 4:52 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday pared claims in a proposed class action accusing Bank of America NA of engaging in illegal debt collection activities by charging property inspection fees to Pennsylvania homeowners with defaulted mortgages serviced by the bank.
