Suit Claiming Kodak Hid Bankruptcy Plans Reopened

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 7:50 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday allowed an investor to refile a putative class action alleging Eastman Kodak Co.'s leadership intentionally hid plans to file for bankruptcy, after the investor said he had new confidential witnesses to bolster his allegations.
