Law360, Los Angeles (January 10, 2013, 7:53 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday denied a class certification bid in a suit accusing Beam Global Spirits & Wine Inc. of falsely advertising its Skinnygirl Margarita as "all natural," saying the plaintiff doesn't adequately represent the proposed class.
