9th Circ. Seems Cool To Kohl's In False Price Discount Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 10, 2013, 7:20 PM EST) -- A Ninth Circuit panel considering whether to revive a consumer class action against Kohl's Corp. expressed skepticism Thursday about the retail chain’s argument that customers suffered no economic injury when allegedly deceived into buying items by false advertisements of price discounts.
