Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 7:24 PM EST) -- As of Friday, Massachusetts had received three applications from casino developers seeking the commonwealth's three available expanded gaming licenses, but Las Vegas tycoon Steve Wynn's plan to build a $1 billion hotel and casino on the Mystic River was not among them, a spokeswoman told Law360.
