L&L Lands Manhattan Office Building In $165M Deal

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 7:43 PM EST) -- L&L Holding Co. has purchased a 99-year leasehold in a Fifth Avenue office tower in New York City in a reported $165 million joint venture with private equity fund Lubert-Adler, the real estate investment firm said Tuesday.
