Okada Can't Skirt Wynn Resorts' Disloyalty Claims

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 3:49 PM EST) -- A Nevada judge on Tuesday refused to toss a suit against Kazuo Okada, leaving open allegations made by casino empire Wynn Resorts Ltd. that its erstwhile director acted at the expense of the company and may have violated U.S. anti-corruption laws in his outside development of a Philippines casino.
