Law360, Los Angeles (January 17, 2013, 3:14 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday denied class certification in a consolidated putative class action alleging Cigna Corp. schemed with UnitedHealth Group Inc. and Ingenix Inc. to reduce employer-sponsored health benefits by using manipulated data, finding the plaintiffs hadn’t satisfied key criteria for certification.
