NYC, HUD Shake Affordable Housing Conversion Suit

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 5:51 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday tossed a proposed class action against the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, its New York City counterpart and the owners of a Manhattan apartment building alleging a formula for granting affordable housing vouchers violated residents' right to due process.
