Fox 'Crying Wolf' Over Ad-Skipping DVR, Dish Tells 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 4:44 PM EST) -- Dish Network Corp. said in a Ninth Circuit brief Thursday that there wasn't enough evidence to back an argument that the satellite TV provider's ad-skipping digital video recorder violates Fox Broadcasting Co. Inc.'s copyrights or breaches a contract between the companies.
