Facebook, Google Continue Privacy Lobbying Splurge

Law360, New York (January 23, 2013, 7:55 PM EST) -- Facebook Inc., Google Inc. and others continued to aggressively lobby lawmakers and regulators on a wide range of privacy issues during the last quarter of 2012, with Facebook spending more than $1 million on these efforts for the first time, according to filings released Tuesday.
