NJ Court Axes Arbitration Request In School Contract Row

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 6:25 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appellate court on Friday said long-standing litigation between Tri-Tech Environmental Engineering Inc. and the Nutley Board of Education over a disputed construction contract can't be submitted to full arbitration, saying a settlement agreement between the parties doesn't allow it.
