News Corp. Targets Heinz's In-Store Ad Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 2:15 PM EST) -- Two News Corp. in-store marketing and coupon units urged a New York federal court Thursday to block antitrust claims lodged by the The Dial Corp. and H.J. Heinz Co., which have accused the coupon sellers of product tying and abusing their market power.
