Judge OKs Punitive Damages Claims In Mirapex Suits

Law360 (November 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A magistrate judge overseeing multidistrict litigation surrounding Mirapex has paved the way for plaintiffs in several states to seek punitive damages against the drug's makers, approving a motion this week to amend the complaints of some who sought to add the claim.
