NJ Assembly Passes Lottery Oversight Legislation

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 2:11 PM EST) -- A bill requiring the New Jersey Legislature's approval for bids to privatize the state lottery passed the state assembly on Monday, clearing the way for Senate consideration as lawmakers seek to bring oversight to Gov. Chris Christie's plans to privatize New Jersey's lottery services.
